Worry Monsters - Don't feed them your negative thoughts

Did you know that feeding your worry monster with unhealthy things makes it get bigger and šÆš¶š“š“š²šæ and šššššš„ until it's taking up so much of your brain that you can't think straight? (exhausting just thinking about it right?
It's a bit like if all we ate were unhealthy things that made us feel sluggish and unable to focus..... ššš If we're unhappy with the way we feel about our bodies, then we choose healthier things to put into it.
The same goes for our unfriendly worry monsters. The more negative, unhealthy thoughts we feed to it, the bigger it becomes and the more space it takes up in our thoughts.

š¬ No-one understands
š¬ I'm so stupid
š¬ I always get things wrong
š¬ I'm not good enough
š¬ I'm going to feel like this forever
š¬ It's never going to get any better
